Take her advice about the water. I got one years ago as a Christmas present and didnt heed the water warning. I couldnt move for a week.

Look up your local massage schools! I started as a massage therapist before being a nurse and we needed hands in with real clients before graduating and taking our state exams. So schools are actual massage therapists so they are just as good and a lot cheaper. I know here schools are about $30 compared to $45-$55 at places like Massage envy if you have those there?
Good luck finding one and FYI if you get a massage make sure to get a full body and drink lots of water afterwards to flush the toxins out of your system.

They are released from the soft tissue, (FAT). This feels like the flu. Similar symptoms from seeing a good quackropractor.

I didnt say I couldnt walk, I said I couldnt move. I was so sore I had difficulty lifting my arms and in my type of job it wasnt funny trying to do it. I had to reach overhead for a portion of it

I would prefer a good nice back rub rather than a massage.
I had a massage at the local school and it hurt!!
The scented oils they use made me want to throw up.
I stopped her halfway through and decided massages were NOT meant for me.
