Haha gross!
I went to take some photos yesterday... thought it was either an eagle or hawk nest quite a ways away from the road. Brought my camera there to use the zoom and hopefully get a better look. They weren't eagles or hawks, but turkey vultures! I got a really cool picture of one of the adults on top of an old decrepit building (how fitting) and one of the babies popped it's head up so I got a picture there, too. Got some other pictures, too.
I'd like to take some today and edit them, but I'm working the overnight today so I'm lacking energy. lol

Turkey voltures definitely aren't very attractive, but they are cool anyway.
Post a pic if you can!

I have a facebook page I just started with my photos on it. I've always enjoyed it but I'm just dabbling for now... learning my camera and photoshop. I have a lot of fun with it, and have some people interested in ordering prints of some of my other ones. I'll make a thread and put up some of the other pics.

Well thank you! I wasn't sure about my skill, but the more I do it, the more confident I get. Now I've gotten to where I love looking at my photos! I'm not trying to be cocky or anything; I just am proud of them!

It's a liberal town! Don't want to infringe on bird rights.

that's not a baby vulture!, it's an osprey (fish hawk)!that has borrowed an eagle's nest ( aerie),vulture's don't actually build nest's they just find a very secluded area lay their egg's right there on that spot.good photo's though.
