As a spiritualist - I started my path of wanting to connect to my higher self or true self through meditation . Meditation is a form of act of connecting with spirt or creator on a higher level or plane in some cases dimensions. You can ground which means walking outside barefooted on nature and giving you problems and stresses to God. Letting go of things that mean you no purpose- in some cases baggage. Writing, drawing, painting, listening to music, listening to relaxation music is a form of meditation, lighting a candle and watching the flame flicker- focusing on the flame and not worrying about problems. The object is clearing your mind out and releasing it back to the universe. A clear mind will give you a clear plate so you can begin to hear self, spirit guides, angels, God and your intuition. When all that junk is in your mind- you can't think or breathe when your surronded with negativity, drama, the past, or baggage. Your chakras are what balances your engery to flow. When these chakras are balanced- you begin to open doors starting from your base chakra going to your crown chakra. Allowing positivity and. Good engery to flow in. I am gifted - gifts start pouring in such as clairvoyant, astral projection, empathy, mediumship, clauirauent, etc etc. I have every gift and often go into trances when I read for others. When the veil drops and your eye is open you see everything on a spiritual level a higher plane into the other side where you can connect with love ones and your guides who can prepare you here for there. You see ghosts, spirits, engery, matter, knowledge coming from the universe, you hear angels, see orbs, feel others, feel engery, you become one with the universe and you are love ,and you become love. You see everything from a spiritual eye. As what is above is so below- heaven and earth meets one. There's the void you are in it.
