Hi, My name is Mike. I am house bound with PTSD. I'm looking for friends in the Peoria area who suffer from the same problems, or someone that sympathizes with my problem. Hello old friend. There have been a lot of changes in your life in the last few years that's for sure. But you know I am always there for my friends when they need me. I hear you about the game threads, never used to be that way. If the powers that be would enforce their own rules then maybe it would cut back on page after page of repetitive game threads. 
"There are many forums, make sure your thread is being posted to the correct forum or it may be deleted. Be especially careful with general topics. There is a General Discussion forum and a Chat Room forum. Post in those forums if your topic isn't related to dating, relationships, or any other forum you may be in. And don't post "person above you" threads anywhere but the Chat Room or Games forum."
But the "gamers" will tell you that they learn a lot about other members by their answers on those threads. They aren't my cup of tea but I know I can tell a lot about a person by their choice of music so whos to say. Anywho....... here's a virtual hug for you. 
Maybe I should round up Mary and we can come kidnap you for a day or two. Remind you that old friends are always around if you need them. A lot of living yet to do, you just have to take it day by day.

Just a heads up for you people, especially those of you who have meandered over to the Military forum. Mike is responsible for the original Military group. He fought for a place for Veterans AND civilians who had loved ones serving. And he succeeded. Now the Military group has turned into just another forum. I realize that those game threads can be oh so important but good god people! Show a little empathy and a little respect to a Vet who fought and sacrificed for your right to do so.
