That's awful!! I think its absolutely the worst when people drag children into their plans to get back at their exs. Obviously, the children are being hurt as well. Have you been able to reconcile with your kids?

Came home from work to find that my now ex husband took our at the time 2 year old daughter and moved out with is new gf that I suspected he was having an affair with. I was very hurt but now I see she has to support him cause he can't find a job hasn't worked in like 4 years. She has him so p*ssy whipped that he has to tell her when he shits what color it is ect. Honestly I'm glad he did it cause I got the most beautiful thing out of the relationship (our daughter) and he's stuck married to a psycho witch from hell.

Yes, unfortunately there are some very selfish and sick people out there that most likely had issues well before they ever met you. It's good to keep in mind, that those issues belong to that person and not you. I applaud everyone that has posted so far, for sharing their stories and having the strength to move forward past their pain.

Got a phone call from my girlfriend of three years after not seeing her for a few weeks of her avoiding me. She said what she was doing to me wasn't fair. I asked her what she meant. She asked if she could call me right back. That's the last I heard from her. That was a little over two years ago. We were together for three years. I bought her a car when gets broke down so she wouldn't lose her job. I stayed with her through some brutal emotional distress she was going through. I would have married her. She never called me back. I tried too many times to reach her. She avoids social media. I can't find anything about her online. I have no idea if she is alive or dead. For more than two years now I have been left to wonder what happened to the love of my life. No clue. It's agony. If you've been hurt but you know how it happened, then consider yourself lucky. It could be worse. You could be abandoned an have absolutely no idea why. One piece of advice. If you have social anxiety or depression, don't just automatically think finding a S.O. With the same type of affliction is good. You may think you can team up and face the world, but it is the opposite.
