Digging google drive but every once in a while i find some sort of funkyness.
This latest update on drive has left more files created from a desktop inaccessible by a mobile device.
Also I had the first random file belonging to someone else appear in my folder. I am trying to get clients to migrate over but the potential security issues make the decision a bit reckless.
I'm trying to merge a bunch of sheets together. Throwing a little code at it has helped but running into inconsistencies. Anyone write anything that would go through a folder and merge everything into one file using matching fields (as defined by headers). if a new unique field is found then add a new column with that and continue.

I was not confident with the security so I passed. I just got my first smart phone and I could see needing some files while I am out and about. So I was considering trying it with files that I don't need to be secure. If security could be guaranteed 100% this would be an awesome service.
Then again I could just take laptop and external drive.

personally do not use it for security reasons. My job doesn't use for the fact that a clever hacker can easily obtain all of the company files in an instant and private information can be lost. It is a great service for storage for various financial and accounting document sand spreadsheets for my case if it has good security, but it is too much of a risk......gamer
