As I sit and have my morning coffee I can not help but reflect on 911. First it's hard to believe it's been 13 years.
I had a home just south of Boston at the time and after the towers came down the air space overhead turned into something out of a movie. Military unmarked jets and aircraft I had never seen the likes of everywhere. Boston was on lock down and I never saw the likes of it.
A younger friend who was in NY had a sales meeting scheduled at the towers. I was always teasing him about being late for everything in life and if he was going to make it in sales he better change his habits. Well luckily he didn't as his alarm did not go off and he missed his meeting. His bad habits saved his a** on that day!! (BTW he's no longer in sales)lol...
No matter what your politics or how and why it happened lots of us were touched directly or indirectly by this event especially in the northeast.
Maybe someday humans as a species will learn to live in peace and harmony. Not convinced this will happen in our life time but it would be great...
So maybe you have a story or would like to reflect something on this day regarding 911.
Peace

Whenever I think about 9-11-01,I start becoming angry and cynical. So many innocent defenseless lives lost as a result of a cowardly act. I have to start thinking of a happy subject.
