Yea. Eat lots of food drink lots of beer smoke lots of cigarettes and bang lots of chicks.
There are plenty of exorcise programs. But if ur lazy none of them will do any good.
Some folks dont mind being big. Thats fine too as long as u have a job and dont hog up the whole fkn isle at the grocery store

Or collect benefits for being "disabled" (lazy).

Fast food sucks. And its gonna kill u.
And an xtra lg diet coke isnt gonna make things any better.

What I find a quagmire is we've become so use to most being overweight that when someone isn't and takes care of themselves they are looked down on. Told to go "eat something" or its insinuated there is an eating disorder.

You can still eat fast food and maintain a healthy weight...it's called balancing everything else you eat that day.

If you have a big mac and fries for lunch, have a salad for dinner.

...and then 1/2 gallon of ice cream at 12:01am because it's the next day

I lived on fast food for years, pretty much was all I ate and I was in perfect shape. I also only ate one meal a day, which is probably why that was the case.

If you're healthy, eating is more about quantity, rather than quality. Most bodies can handle a lot of weird shit. But if you have some kind of digestive disorder, then you might not want to toy with that as much.

I lived with a chick for 5yrs who had crohn's disease, she had to consume 6000/9000 calories a day or something to maintain her weight...which fluctuated between 80-100 lbs..usually in the low 90s though because she couldn't stomach that much.

She'd had a 1/3 of her intestines chopped out so her body didn't absorb as much..hence why she had to consume more...I was slightly jealous

Whey protein shakes, I do 3x a day. Just because she eats junk, doesn't mean she will gain.

Probably not, it's actually getting harder to keep on as I'm getting older. No one in my family is overweight. Ive had a hysterectomy so hormones won't cause it. I eat healthy always have, my parents insisted so its lifestyle. I may not have to consume as many calories, but I'm great with that.

It's not harder as one get chronologically older. People tend to get lazier and lose interest in looking good. As long as you maintain that mentality, you can be in your physical prime forever. At least I intend to.

I believe so, went from 178 to 247 in 3 years, docs finally figured out why, they over fixed, I b*tched, so then they fixed the fix, now I'm down to 206. 30# to go. And a balance of life, living w/ meds.

So I suppose I am winning.

hrt for women. I'm curious what that includes. I know for men it's adding testosterone. What is it for women. Adding estrogen?

Oh ok. cool. Thats why many women grow mustaches and their voices get deep as they get older. The % of testosterone to estrogen becomes off a bit. lol

Well arnold was doing other things for a long time. His political career kind of took him away from his training. But if you've seen some of his recent movies, he's looking quite buff again. Sabotage. check him out in that. Very good movie.
