I have a 2001 dodge 1500 PU. The heater only runs on high. Any ideas as to it's the motor or the switch??

No. Blower motor resistor.

If it only runs on high speed, it's burnt out the resister board. However, most times the blower motor is shot and on it's way out. The blower motor will get worn out, start to draw too many amps through the circuit, and fry the resister board first.
It would be nice if the cheap fuse blew first, but that is rarely the case.
