Think with your head, not your heart. Don't believe everything a man says to you. Post current photos, and be honest about yourself and what you are looking for. Oh yeah.. again.. Don't believe everything a man says to you.
Meet for the first time in a public place, and make sure you have someone that knows where you are going and when you will be coming home. If you stray from that plan stay in contact with your safe-person every step of the way.
Keep it casual.. like in the real world. Best to find someone really close, and start out as friends.  Good Luck.

Until you Really get to know him well, do not give out your phone number. Block your number from calls to him for a while. A lot of info can be found from your phone number, your full name, location.

no think with your heart but take your brain with you i give my number to a guy if he is
consistent and the conversation is flowing good you have already laid down the rules and boundaries by then the first day or a week then take it to the next level it shows you are not drama game or a scam.

I have a set of rules and NEVER change the rules. 1) Chat with him online for a while, ask questions to determine whether he's real. 2) NEVER, NEVER, NEVER exchange email addresses. Get to know him first. I exchanged email addresses and ended up with a virus. 3) Talk via phone at least 2-3 times before meeting him. See if any red flags pop up. 4) Meet in a public place, preferably somewhere you're familiar. Maybe you can have a girlfriend sit in a nearby area or try to find out what kind of vehicle he driving. Arrive about 5 minutes late (hoping he's inside), locate his vehicle and take a picture.
I know all of this sounds a bit much, but after hearing about ladies who met with some unscrupulous men, you have to be safe. Think of ways you can be safe.

Giving your number out to some,is nothing to some.But maybe I think differently.We all know this site is full of bogus people.
There is nothing wrong with e/mailing threw here for your protection.
With in a week or weeks.I plan a public meet,usually for coffee,and daylight.
I ask for their type of car,color,usually the first 3 numbers,or letters of plate.As well what they will be wearing.I give them the same info.
Keep in mind I have not gave phone number,until we both deside we'd like to meet again.
No one needs a stalker or an a** calling them.Same go's for themself.

I'd rather talked to a guy over the phone right away than chat with him in here for weeks. But of course only if we are really hitting it off in here. And I want LOCAL, no long distance. And I meet them right away with a week.
And guess what its just a number, how much damage can it do? Its not my address. He starts bugging me, his number gets ignored or blocked.

Do you have any idea how much info people can get from your number? LOTS! Your address, your age, your birth date, & even more if they're good at it.
I'm technologically challenged & I found out how to find out a lot of stuff. Now, what if I wanted your SS# or your bank account or CC info.....
Be very VERY picky about who you give your digits to! I don't even put my real town on here. The crazies have become very resourceful these days. Know who you're talking to. Be suspicious. It's your safety at risk.

U can always ask the phone company to block his number if you don't like him anymore.
He won't be able to call u if block his phone number.
