I am very drawn to crows and Ravens. I wanted to know some of their meanings and why they hold such mystery.
I've researched some things, but I would like to have your input. Thank you in advance.
Wiccans will be the ones to answer this question best, but all input is welcome as long as you're respectful.

I'm universal in my spirituality.
To the gentleman above me , it means nothing apparently, so his answer IMO is a non- answer, as knowing he had nothing to add in light of your OP, he posted anyways.
For me and others, the raven can be a totem, an omen, or even a familiar.

I will give you this much, to you it makes more sense, and that's cool. But not everyone is the same so your answer works for you and that's fine with me.
Just as everyone's individual answer for them selves should be cool with you for them.
That is known as live and let live.

Has my opinion harmed you?

Not at all, unless you claim the validity of my opinion is wrong ,because it doesn't agree with yours.
You have the right to your opinion, it doesn't have to become a hostile situation because we do not agree.

Agreed, in some cultures.
It's right for those who subscribe to those ideas.
It's just not right for you. That's okay, but we need not demonize our brothers and sisters because we do not agree.

You are most welcome dear friend, it has given me new interest in the other religions group, which can be pretty slow at times. Sometimes even slower than state chats.

I wonder why it's so slow. This place should be popping.

They're all over yonder in General Religion, or Current Events???
I like it here, but often times, don't even check, because I forget, and because it's slow.
But your thread has given me a new spark of interest to participate more often.

This used to be a very busy place back in 2008 - 2010... I took a brake for a while and when I returned this group had died out... I truly was so very disappointed to find all had left... =(
Only my observation to add...
The Crows are pretty large birds, very intelligent, unique in there personalities... fly in small groups... they seem to stay in constant communication with one another... usually a couple on the ground and a few in the trees as look outs... they also seem to be very much at ease living harmoniously with the Squirrels around my house... =)

I have no idea what their meaning is other than ones' own personal interpretation. To me, I have a very special relationship with them. In my view they mean good fortune & God is smiling on me.I also view them as clever spiritual messengers, but that's just me.

All critters are beautiful in form . What makes them pleasurable , enjoyable , fearsome , dangerous , and/or unique , is their mind . The same can be said of humans . Crows and ravens are not your average ordinary bird . They're one of a kind .

but to me at least, Crows & Ravens definitely symbolize intellect/wisdom/knowledge.
the feather a symbol of air, all birds may represent knowledge to an extent.
when I go read by the lake, I find myself constantly surrounded by them. they congregate around the ducks

Corvids are extremely intelligent animals who can recognize faces, have strong extended families, can use tools and complete multi stage puzzles. They can also learn to talk! I was surprised to learn that even European starling can learn to speak. you tube is full of talking bird videos, lol...There is a great PBS Nature show on crows that I highly recommend.
