It's good to know we'll have options if looking at the political forum is an indication of what's ahead next year, I never liked mud slinging..
I hope some of the Presidents plans for education and gun regulation are signed by executive order if need be. We'll need it!

indeed you are correct and all agencies affected by executive order are contained within the executive branch. reading the constitution and understanding it's effect are two entirely different things. case law is your friend.

link shows the GOP proposal to allow local police to stop and hold "Persons of a suspicious nature" for deportation if they do not have "Proof of citizenship" on them!!
