I can remember some 4 decades ago when this one neighbor dug a hole in his garden and proceeded to dump in several live carp and, yes, those fish flopped mightily as they were covered up with soil. Oh, yes, the earth was still moving as I walked away...

That is not a bad memory, we lived on a lake in Orlando that had some exotic fish released illegally taking it over and my dad would bury several throw nets full of the fish in his ever week. I helped the lake and his garden out Use shrimp heads in mine sometimes now to add organic material.

I've caught and even bow fished for carp and used them under my tomato plants in years past. They make good fertilizer. Also fish heads and entrails from anything you catch for food.

My beautiful little Pygmy goat, Goatee, got into some poison weed and died. He is buried at the edge of the woods and is blanketed with the most spectacular rose garden you have ever seen.
