I bought a jar of Paradise Pineapple Teriyaki sauce and used it to grill some thick cut pork chops. It was FANTASTIC but very pricey.
I wanted to try to make my own using pineapple juice and teriyaki sauce but can't for the life of me think of what to use to get the consistency of a barbeque/marinade.
Any ideas?

That sounds yummy!
I was trying to make the sauce that I bought, I even read the ingredients on the jar but still clueless what makes it thick like sauce.
I will try your idea though, you sound like a chef!

Melt some butter, mix flour in the butter until it thickens up. Add the pineapple juice and teriyaki sauce stir until blended. If the taste isn't right add some seasoning but that melted butter and flour mix will make your marinade and if you want it thick add less liquor that will make it a bbq sauce
