First off i never started a thread for suggestion but there's always a first time "IF" we can get past a trust factor.

People may want to move elsewhere or out of state, even temporarily and there may be people looking for extra help paying their rents or mortgages, may find help if such a group started

Of course no one knows anyone when it comes to trust and loyalty.

Some people divorced may not be able to afford to pay everything but are able to share expenses...

So why not such a group so others can relate to such topics when you need housing, even temporarily and of course learning to trust one another is a great way to keep an apartment or a house affordable.

Yes it would be a great idea!! With four months in Alaska, two in Georgia hunt camp, and my camps in Florida, I am home only 60 or so days a year at my Orlando "Toy Storage-Home"

That would be great. Especially if you want to spend time in your future retirement area. What if Florida is your future retirement home. Did you know it get humid there? What if you don't like Winter there. How will you know unless you spend a week there during a storm. How about the desert. It looks great from an air conditioned window. Do you know if you can handle the heat? The sun in Bakersfield burns my skin. I am darkly tanned and for some reason the sun hits my exposed skin and it feels like I'm under a magnifying glass. Ouch!
