Maybe it is time for you to change your social habits. Good lord, when I was your age we young folks actually mingled. Get some confidence and learn how to break the ice. Everyone is a "stranger" until you say hello.

What happens to men who cannot date the classic natural way? Men who don't meet anybody in their day to day life. Surely I can't be the only one like that right?

I like to the internet so that I can filter out the kinds of ladies I don't want to meet, such as single moms. Why waste valuable time talking to someone who might be everything I'm NOT looking for in a potential match?

Actually, in times past, many men met their future wives on college campuses. Women went to college with at least the partial expectation that they would bag a husband by graduation.

So, you could always try going back to school. If nothing else, you'll enhance your knowledge.

You're pretty young man, if you need it to happen naturally then it'll probably just take some time and some planning. You're either going to have to be patient or make more of an effort. I'm like you, after being on these dating sites you can see how superficial and picky ladies are online (because they can be) and it can be a little disheartening. Not everyone is the captain of the football team, the prom king, or has a million dollars but ladies aren't trying to hear that. If any of those are you, I suggest you play to your advantage.
I see plenty of ladies complaining they want a relationship but honestly, none of them bothered to message me so they must not want it that bad =P. Like everyone says, you won't find her in your room so if that's the way you want to do it then you're going to have to find the time. If you want to date online you're probably going to have to take the initiative and be more aggressive just like in life. Keep sending out messages and be unique with it if you can. I know my initial thought when I first started online dating was that it'd be so easy, there's so many ladies, I'd find my soul mate in like 3 days. BUT what I failed to consider is that if you were a woman your inbox would be blowing up right now and that's something you've got to consider when you date online.
I think word of mouth still goes a long way, though. I'm like you, I'd much prefer to meet a lady the old fashioned way but most of us are just too busy to make it happen now'n'days. Just keep your head up, better days are coming.
