Nice. I have my tomato seedlings moved from trays into 1gal pots now, will probably plant them midweek. I will plant 2 Omar's Lebanese, 2 German Pinks, and one Blueberry cherry tomato (developed by Wild Boar Farms). Extra plants will be offered to neighbors. The first 4 plants should give me enough to eat, can, and give some away. An ancient cranberry tomato has been discovered in Peru, and I'd like to get some seeds. I imagine they would be great in a salad or added to pasta sauces etc.

okee dokee - here is Sunday 04/19/2015 - so far...
I did get a few minutes of weeding around part of the onions i planted up under the apple tree. Here's a pic of that so far...
I'll probably have more before the end of the day - but may not get it posted, depends on how wore out and hot it gets around here!

I've been an organic gardener from day one so to speak...avid reader of Organic Gardening Magazine from the 70's along with Mother Earth News and a few others too...I use formulas that a guy named Jerry Baker put together on a lot of stuff too...
basically, i'm lazy and cheap...

I still have a stack ( about 50) of the Organic Gardening Magazine from the 70's.... The small ones ( about 6x8 in. size )
Lots of good gardening, composting, and green house building INFO.

Go home and READ them and start plating your seeds !

Today I gathered the first of my sugar snap peas. My first tomato should be ripe by tomorrow. Cant wait for my peppers to start producing.

if you look closely through the greenhouse corner you can just make out the waterpipe in the corner...
i've been eating tomatoes off the plants for a couple of weeks now...

You are very lucky to live in an area that you can grow just about anything year around warm weather crops year around .
They have very rich dirt/muck available in your area raised bed garden works very well down there
