1 teaspoon of garlic
1 teaspoon Marjoram.
Spread over Chicken. Several boneless thighs or several skinless chicken. bake at 350 until it creates a crust. YUM!

LOL.. Michigan has it's share of looney tune posters as well.
Though the recipe is awesome, especially if you are looking to eat healthier by removing the skin, but miss the crispy texture of it.

Yes, what small amount of chicken I buy is skinless unless it is chicken necks to catch crabs with, the skin is what the hang onto when you are pulling them in. Like to grill mine, but do slip once or twice a year and get a box of the fried stuff.
