I love it, except for the dwelling upon torture line of Theon Greyjoy. And that guy that tortures him, Ramsey Snow/Bolton? He's so good at being bad in that role, that I can't watch anything else that he's in; I just keep seeing his sick, demented face from GoT. Lol
Meanwhile, not a spoiler but, I was glad to read that the author, George RR Martin, has given the basic story line and ending of the series to the guys producing it, so that on the offchance that George bites the dust before the end of this amazing saga on tv (and before he finishes writing the 6th and 7th planned books), the show will still go on.

Oh, and speaking about endings, since George's books and the show story line sometmes don't match (like the scene after Sansa gets married - Ramsey beds someone else), I think it might be great if they just keep doing the tv show and not publish the books still coming until after the show is over. That way, the ending will be a surprise for everyone.
I'm reading the books, tho, as they are so interesting (each chapter from a particular character's point of view). Still on first book.
This show's filming is so rich in costuming and landscape, and such brilliant acting, that I will buy the complete DVD set when it finishes. If, hopefully, they still have DVD's then?! ??

I haven't bought any of the series but I'd buy Blu-ray over dvd...plus everything seems to be going to blu ray anyways.
Oh I hate that Ramsey..lil cruel creep..ughh I haven't read the books but love the series...it always keeps ya guessing. I'm still waiting for the Hound to be found & hopefully not dead

It only took 20 some years to write the first 5..

I hope Jon Snow isn't officially dead & somehow he can come back.
Lots of unanswered questions...what happened when sansa & theon jumped? onto some deep snow or to the death?
Is arya's mentor really dead? what happened to her eyes?
Did Brienne officially kill Stannis or just 'looked' that way before the camera cut away?
lots of head scratching...

it's not official, but I've been reading that Jon Snow is the son of a certain people who can resurect from the dead, or something like that. There's a scene when Sansa and that old lady, Margerys mother are taking a tour of the crypt, and they were talking about Snows parents without knowing it was his parents.

While Kit has confirmed hes done, there's a lot of speculation that he might come back. One of the problems he faced is his own honor. As a member of the nights watch he can not leave...till his death. The red woman came alone the night before his death, and it has already been shown that the god of fire can heal/resurrect. If he dies and is resurrected, he is no longer tied to the watch. *fingers crossed*
