If you can handle any cold truth, then you are going to have to start off by realizing that asking for feedback only from ladies could be your first mistake. Many of the male reviewers here are seasoned and can provide excellent advice.
The first thing I would tell you is that any reader looking at your profile and seeing 4 women attached to it are going to feel they will be standing in line before they can even have the chance to get to know you. So you should start by not featuring them. Most people can understand maybe having one friend featured since we don't expect that you live in a cave, but not 4.
Featuring gifts also causes a certain amount of jealously, even though some members don't believe this is true. The object here is not to write a perfect profile, but to use strategy that can help you to attract what you are looking for...

Joe was right on with all of his suggestions. I'd listen to him.
Also, I'd like to see some pics in other outfits.
This cause there's no person I could possibly fake who's better than myself. confused me. When I first read it, it sounded like you are some abusive a$$hole who will treat a woman any damn well he pleases, no matter how much it hurts her. And then I realized that you're just being an arrogant prick. Not a good way to start. There's a fine line between confident and arrogant. Unfortunately, you crossed it.

You need a head/shoulders closeup to use as your main.
Lose the hat. Women would much rather see a balding head than to imagine one.
Life is too short to spend it being unhappy.
Who in the world would disagree? "Life is too short" must easily be the four most overused words on dating profiles. Ditch it. When you write, make observations and say things that the reader probably doesn't already know. If you collect seashells, mention it. If you really enjoy a cup of coffee on your drive to work, mention it. Give the reader an idea of what makes you tick. Otherwise, how can you distinguish yourself from every other profile?
I do have more pictures for those interested.
Don't make the reader ask, because she probably won't ... supply them now.

Your profile is generic.
Likely the same claims enough other men make.
Which are fruitless because most women here, won't believe a word of it.
So, you have a generic profile, sounding like thousands of others....and no bait on the hook to appease the nature of the beast.
What you want is something to where when they read it...it sounds different and there is something there to cause their toes to itch a little.

"Oh...and yes I'm really 48 years old. I can provide birth certificate and ID on the first date."
It is a tacky ploy, drop it!
Get a good close-up head-shoulders shot and let the ladies see what you look like.

I mean after all this is just my thinking.
There a certain words you are using that I really dislike to see in a profile. In fact they are words that instantly make me go no thank you. You have some of those words and they are an instant negative, a turn off. Fake, drama etc.
I mean how many times do you look at a picture, click on the profile with the thoughts wait I'm going to see if this woman is fake and is full of drama? I doubt you do. The reality is nobody has the perfect life. But it's what you as a person can tolerate and if we are honest we're not about to write "This is your life" Just in case you don't know what that it is it's a TV program from here where they used to put highlights of your life.
Anyhow, moving forward. What I look for, is ways to relate to you. How you communicate even in awkward situations of trying to sell yourself on a dating site. What you like to do in your free time, what is important to you and of course what you are looking for.The latter is always subjective I think dependent on the person you talk too or even meet.
So, I don't know if you read but if you do or don't pick up a book. Now you are your own author. On the back of a book you will see one paragraph. That paragraph is what interests the person buying the book and not.
So based on what you have written. Would anticipate people will buy you?(phrase) or will they read the next book?
