They recently switched positions on the "no" and "yes" on the Wants to meet section too.
So all of us who just clicked on "no" over and over simply to see the next photo are now, if they are not paying attention, clicking on "yes".
I assume they did this so more people will get "yes" results and so hopefully pay to see who is "interested" in them

POF does the same thing. But recently they fixed a loophole where the alert told you who wanted to meet you but when you went into see it in the menu, it would prompt you to upgrade. You could simply manually type the usename into the search by username and gain access to their profile without paying.
Now the alert says "Someone" wants to meet you, instead of their username.
POF is a joke anyways. Of the top 5 "prospects", 3 completely ignored me and one blocked me.
Late 30s Early 40s single women are virtually undateable.

Don't update the app or roll back the update and you can still see them. Not that it does any good. The ones who say yes in my area *shudder*
Those prospects are and always have been laughable. At any given time I have most of the top prospects for me blocked. Great matching algorithm *eye roll*

The one thing that has always been nice about this forum is the ability to block. You don't have to see inane posts if you don't choose to. Interaction is why "trolls and nutcases" post. If they are blocked they aren't getting the interaction they crave. They can all just converse among themselves and people looking for intelligent discourse can do the same.

well....I finally blocked one here after 4 years of blocking no one.
The forum I started out on...was at that time the """"greatest"""" bar none....forum on the internet.
We had no monitors at all....period.
There was C.S. in L.A. but you had to call them long distance to talk with them.
We had a few unwritten rules by the regulars on the forums.
1) you don't delete a thread, because it didn't go the way you wanted (there, a person could delete their thread.
2) you don't flag.
3) you don't block.
4) if a person comes on the forums...who is a bad troll, a person playing games with other people...or just a person the general forum does feel is good for the forums, or a trouble maker.
the rest of the people of the forums....runs their a** off the forums.
This forum now? is likely the worse forum on the internet....Why?
1) the site sold....the monitors that protect the forums are not used anymore.
2) the general people here....won't run these trouble makers and trolls off the forum.
and the net result is....the better people start leaving the place....leaving just a few of them left....and everyone else is a troll, or problem person.
So..excuse me, If I'm the type to run from responsibility by blocking everyone.

I've seen it. It's part of the "Meet Me" section of this site. They have little red numbers on the icons telling you how many ppl like you. But when you click to see they say you gotta pay to find out.
Plus you use to be able to view profiles of ppl BEFORE you click "wanting to meet them" but now you can't.
Just recently you can't accept ppl as friends anymore. Several women sent me friend request and when I clicked Yes it was a blank screen and they were never added.

This is correct bcoz it use to be a "maybe" in between Yes and No AND an option to view their profile underneath the pic.
It also told you their age and show other pics from their profiles too.
But not anymore, not since they changed it.

Well I can understand that the friends only chat could have been good but I've never used it. So are you saying that the friends only chat does not work at all now?
Perhaps I'll try accepting a friend the next time someone tries to friend me and see if it works for me.
