Hugh Heffner (aka "the Heff") has put his Playboy Mansion up for sale.
The broker handling the property says the kitchen is equipped with Grade-A appliances.
But she adds, for about $30,000.oo they could be upgraded to Double D's.

One proctologist?! 
Invitations to the Playboy mansion used to be highly coveted.
One particular celebrity dared to press his luck to the limit.
He dove into the pool, and swam to "the grotto", where the mist was so thick you couldn't see 4 feet in front of you.
He heard someone else in there. Who was it?
- A famous Playboy bunny?
- Elle McPherson?
- Christy Brinkley?
He proceeded, expecting the thrill of a lifetime.
And there,
out of the mist
emerged a countenance just as familiar as he'd imagined:
Art Buchwald.

GOOD one BALd.... I actually visited and toured the mansion way back in the eighties... I stopped a woman on the 605 fwy...to get her ;phone number after we flirted at 60 MPH... turns out she worked and catered events there... wow... good times!

actually , THE NEIGHBORS CANNOT SEE HIS MANSION... no one can from the gated perimeter... if you did not know it was there ...YOu would not know it was there!
