I would love to drop my guard, in fact I did for a year, then I was smacked!!!!!! So you must never drop your guard

First trust God

Then trust yourself

Offer every person a common decency and courtesy of trust and let them earn your complete trust

Start by demonstrating your trustworthyness . . . through your actions . . . not your words

If trespassed once, discuss the issue with them and let them know what and why the trespass occured

If it happens twice, put your guard fully up and back away a little

And if you trespass, intentionally or not, face that monster, apologize and do your best never to repeat the tort . Never be afraid to apologize. Not a single one of us is better than human. a little a little but mostly human

And never resort to any extreme or violent act like violence, suing, losing your unless there is no alternative. Avoid , it breeds many fold.

I hate violence, but I understand and have used it at the dispensation of justice only under extreme conditions.

It is always better to heal than hurt and as a practice, healing yourself will develop your the ability to both trust and stand vigilent in guard and you will find it increased immensely.

I screw up constantly, but still you can trust me . . . but it would be better if my words did not say so . . . and my action did.
