I do check the religion. Muslims are def out. If they are non-believers.. I just can't deal with that. Is great to be with someone who has different ideas than your own.. but that is too important to me to be neglected

i am a spiritual person......every one has their own way getting through life.....i did date a guy once who did think we came from apes.....to me i just did not get that....i found it strange....i prefer live and let live....i have friends that a practicing christians...buddist....wiccans....to each their own....i can learn something from each....

Im not saying you should date them, Im just saying you shouldnt date them for the right reasons. If someone were to say they dont believe in God thats just wrong. There are lots of Christian denominations that put extra emphasis on the whole subserviant/lesser women idea.

Just a thought ;I prefer to live my life believing there is a GOD than believing there is not.if there is not I'll be put in the ground with all of the nonbelievers,however if I'm right I know where I'm going!!! do you non believers know where your going???think about that!!!

I do look at their religious beliefs. I think it is very important to find someone that believes like I do. I wouln't date someone that felt different in this area.

I looked at what they would say beyond what ever religion they called themselves. I personally think spirituality is more important than religious title.
Now, it doesn't really matter because I am not looking to hook up here.

now i have read everyone answer on this question i don't think alot of people put that on cause at the time it don't matter don't mean to piss u guy off but to me just cause someone tell my that are a person that have a strong religious faith
to me i don't judge them on that what i looking is what they do for god not what they say cause we all know there are some that is deep into there religious but lie and hurt other people out of
and ask youeself how many men are women that believe in god but turn around and cheated on u

Yes, I look. There's a reason it is posted. Frankly, I care that they believe in God, but not necessarily a certain religion.
Now if they prefer country music, then for sure it is....forgetta bout them.
LOoks like me and steak_king are not going to get together in this lifetime!

I agree.. I just do not feel that I could live a healthy life with someone who did not believe in God.. I'm not saying that he would have to be the same religion as myself. I was baptized as a Baptist but I consider myself very spiritual
