Most likely him, since he's the one who stopped calling and won't take your calls. Happened to me before too, a part of online dating I guess, there are so many to choose from it's like being in a candy shop.
Personally I am a one man woman, and I don't try to juggle more than one at a time, even in the early getting to know each other stage, but that is just me?

The same could, and has, been said about women. It happens to us all. Some more than others, and you just get used to it. He may have a legitimate reason, he may not. I don't think it would really matter anyway. The end result is, he is not talking to you anymore. I am sorry if it is any consolation, because i know it is hurtful to be left hanging.

I should also have said we were just friends because of where we're at in our lives. We were supposed to meet on 3 different occasions and he never called is doesn't bother me, what does is after 3 months he just stopped talking to me. If he didn't want to be friends anymore I thought maybe just a phone call or text. I would never do that just stop all lines of communication. I guess I was raised with more respect than that. Hey Christy- sounds like this is the same guy you were talking about a week or so ago? Worst thing you can do is expect him to come back, or even want him to.
Always having after the fact excuses means he's got a commitment issue to YOU! Perhaps a group date with friends would have helped, but then again- he had 3 chances to get up the courage and couldn't do it. Now he's playing the let time slowly fade my memory away.  I believe somebody on here brought up a 3 strike rule?

Thank you I know people (men and wmoen)play games all the time) It's just a fact of life. I did not mean to insult anyone one here. I said "why do men play games" because I am attracted to men not women. I have been played by a few men and it does hurt but it disappoints me that people can act like that. I was not raised like that and have not raised my sons like that. Again I appologize if I upset on insulted anyone because that was not my intention.

 well it all boils down to 3 things as i see it :1 no respect for selfor others
2 inablity to communicate and 3 inablity to be honest with self and others now this is probably his fault but can learn these skills but peobably won't since he sounds like a player . as for me if i am in a relationship thats the only person i will communicate with other than freinds and family .but as a general rule both sides play head games .

I swear my ex has multiple personalities. He couldn't keep any of his stories straight. One lie on top of another lie...like I wasn't 007 checking them out... HELLOOOO
I think the hardest part for me is that even though you catch them in BS you want to believe that they will stop after that...unfortunately it never happens. Sometimes I am soo hard on myself for that. IDK

Hi Christy, without knowing the situation between you and the person you are attracted to cannot really say who was to blame, and, if I did say who I thought was that would only be my opinion and opinions vary.
One thing is true though, there are a lot of game players on the internet and it is so easy for someone to portray someone who they are not, I met a couple like that, anyway, sorry to hear about your problem and I hope everything works out o.k. for you,keep hanging in there,somewhere there is someone for you, at least that's what I keep telling myself anyway. . . c'ya

 I'll be honest here.....I'm guilty of talking and walking. Definately NOT on purpose. Life just got in the way. I wish I had time to sit around on the phone and chat all the time. Unfortunately, I'm not independently wealthy, so I've got to work. I've also committed to many things outside my house. I've got family and I've got friends. It's fun to develop a relationship. But if it isn't happening and 'he' doesn't want to include himself in 'my' life or include me in his, then, I gotta go with the ones that say it's your fault. If you are gunna himhaw and wait for the phone to ring, it may just stop ringin....I'm an open book. Ya wanna see me, come visit me at the store. Don't wait for me to say, ya think.....um.....*kickin sand* um......we should....um....meet? Cuz darlin........it ain't gunna happen. That's just me.
 Hell, RJS just shows up. He didn't wait for an invitation. LOL.... and I'll be darned, I like it when he comes to get his slice of pizza and his soda.

just curious techno......how long have you been chatting with her? Maybe, she wanted to meet you and you just never mentioned it? Maybe, and just possibly, she got tired of dreaming and wanted to make it real?
chatting is great for a bit, phone is great, for a bit..... comes a time when the line has to be established. Wanna be just chat buddies? or wanna see if we actually click......
I don't have a clue what I'm talking about just been there a couple of times. Life is too darned short to just be chat buddies. Sometimes, the silence in this room is deafening.
I wanna hear voices.... and not the ones that tell me OH HELL that wasn't supposed to come out!

I am new to this site, but I have checked out a couple others. Seems the same "games" just go on and on everywhere. People are still searching for the 50 million dollar answer...lol!! Yes, there are alot of gamers out there....sorry to say on both sides. Personally, I believe that alot of these people are probably married, and get caught with their finger in the pie...so to speak! I still believe in getting to know a person, and that takes time. I observe, and listen...sometimes its not what they say, or write...its what isnt spoken, or written. The young lady offered three times to meet, and he didnt follow thru. To me, his actions were thoughtless, and rude...but he was also sending a message he wasnt that interested either. I mean most coffee shops, etc. still have an "exit" sign posted. Alot of ppl just enjoy having their egos stroked, and they dont really care who gets hurt in the end. I wouldnt even give them the "strike 3" benefit...it would be a one time thing. Either your there, or you call with a good excuse or your out of the game! Keep on smiling, and learn from the past. There are still good men and women out here...a few just give us a bad name, and leave a bad taste in your mouth!!

Well Joka, I think your a tad bit off on your perception of beautiful, so so, and ugly....

What men don't seem to realize somehow that the issue most important to women, is having their trust violated. That screws up their minds and emotions in un-believable ways. Basically, they end up thinking they now have carte blanche to treat men any way they'd like......LOL
And it works like this. A beautiful woman is going to have trouble accepting that she of all women, wasn't good enough to keep him faithful. An average woman is going to have difficulty accepting that "It won't happen again", because there are "so many" pretty girls that would find him attractive. An un-attractive woman is going to have difficulty accepting that she'll "never be pretty enough", etc..
You were dead on in your first sentence or two. But it goes out to both men and women. I have never been cheated on, to my knowledge, and have never cheated on any one.... yet I know the gravity of the situation that the scars leave... Not just for women however my friend....wake up!!!
And as far as your shallow perception of the emotional implications of cheating based on looks...
You have got to be kidding.... It goes both ways. Ask any man who has been cheated on!

Who can figure out men er women, which was it now? reminds me of a joke. california biker is riding down the coast hwy & stops for break when the sky opens and the lord says to him, because you've been such a good person, you know the toys for tots & all the other good things you've done for kids I'm going to grant you a wish. biker says I'd like a bridge to hawaii so I can ride over whenever I want. lord comes back & says hey! thats a really big project, take a lot of time & natural resources. would ya have a 2nd choice? biker thinks a min & says well how bout if you make it posible for me, and all men, to understand women? short pause. sky opens up again. lord says you want a two lane or a four lane bridge?

I have a simple and shallow look on this I will pass but dont yall go getting mad at me. I try to think of it like this men and women do play games and it is up to the opposite sex to decide to either play along to get to know if they are worth it or simply bow out and what for someone who doesnt play games and goes for the straight and narrow road. I tend to go for the straight road but I find myself occasionly playing along to see whats there. Or just messing with their minds too. hehehe Sorry guys

I never mess with guys and sure as they F_ _ _ with me I let them know it! Then hit the big Delete button! Oh no I am an honest person! I am not a game player! Play games Your not worth my time! Maybe that is why this on line stuff doesn't work! You have to speak to people on the phone then you can get the real feel for them. This winking and writing is bull_ _ _ _! I have spent too much time writng my life story then guys not knowing how to write back (Give a line or too away)! If they can't see an honest person in front of them, then there is something shallow about them!
