Hi, My name is Laura and I am a DHU addict. My obsession I noticed about 3 months ago when I would get the shakes when I was away from my pc too long at a time, I found myself waking in the middle of the night and sneaking a peek to see who was on! I am sorry it gets worse, When my laptop got sick last week I found myself digging through old PCs just to find one that works so I could sign on! LOL welcome all!

Hi~!
I'm Glenda.
I thought I had introduced myself on a thread like this but don't see my post so guess this is a new thread..and since I still feel like I'm 'new'..thought I'd introduce myself again.
I lived in Alabama from ages 7 until I was ..oh...let's just say the year, 1958 when I went to nursing school. Since then I moved back here a couple times but lived in many other places due to (ex) husband's military career. We were transplanted to San Antonio, Texas in 1971 and I stayed there until 2000 when I moved back 'home'.. and I've been here ever since.. I had always wanted to come back to Muscle Shoals..and have not regretted my decision to move back here after my divorce,though there are some things that I miss about Texas...but Bama "Rules"~!

Hello and good evening from south west Florida. Home is about 25 miles south of Tampa. I am originally from New York, but have roots in Alabama. My dad was born in Vernon, Alabama in 1903 and was raised in the country.
I work in the restaurant business, this February it will be 35 years. I will finish the end of this year and hang it up for good. Now is the time for more dancing, fishing, and riding my bike and golf cart around this wonderful community called Sun City Center.

Hi I am new To DH. My name is Randy. I was raised in Detroit Michigan. Home of the Grande Ballroom- pronounced gran (de) where the best rock concerts in the world were held from 1969 to 1972. Led Zeplin, Janis Joplin, Pink Floyd, Eric Clapton and The cream.....
Yeah you could see them for $2.00.......
I have been in Alabama since 1979. I came down to help my Mother open a Restaurant and then she decided to retire and went to her home in Brundidge Al. When She became Ill, I left my career in Birmingham, Al to take care of her and she dies about 7 years ago. Also lost my wife to cancer.
I stayed in Dothan but Am planning on moving to a bigger city where I can start looking for a woman to fall in love with for the last time. It seems in this part of the world , not too many people go online to try and meet someone. I do not like the bar scene although when I shoot pool, I have to play during morning hours before the crowed comes in.
Anyways, I have not met anyone in here and it does seem to be impossible to really find someone. All I am seeing is just a whole lot of people chatting and posting. This is ok I guess but I have a life, am trying to learn guitar and stay active. DH is not my world and I will more than likely leave it alone if I cannot find her.
