What time is the Rodeo?? I haven't been to one of those since I was a kid.. Wish I wasnt such a woos for going to things by myself or I would be So there for the rodeo and dance. Im off the weekend.. already took mom on the memorial loop(Lennox, Alcester, Canton) today. Whats a few more miles.. I've never been to Wessington Springs before! Depends on how long my son and I clear out the garage for his extra car.. ect.

YOur funny!! Dont think that is gonna happen anytime soon! Dont anyone closer to Sioux Falls have dances once in a while. I like to go and watch people dance if nothing else. Polka festival was fun..

Any one know of some dances coming in June? I will try and be at the one in White. What time? Any dances east of Sioux Falls? I just would like to meet some new people? I love to two step, waltz, polka, triple two, east coast, lindy hop, polka. Well, guess there is a dance at the Moose in Mitchell again tonight. Often more girls wanting to dance than guys.
Hey, you young people -- this dance is mostly older people so you can learn to dance with us slow ones before strutting your stuff with faster and possibly more judgmental peers.

Well, the music at Moose was great -- memories made.
Hope to see that band again soon. Dance in Huron for singles this weekend. When are the single dances in Sioux Falls? Might need to go further than the normal 50 to 75 miles.

From what I understand, there is a fund raiser for "Make a Wish" in Huron at VFW on the 3rd Saturday of March. I guess the tickets cost $25 and includes social hour, a hour program, a "chuckwagon-type" dinner, and dance. From what I understand, the money raised is to a help fulfill a wish from a SD child with a life-threatening disease. I am hoping to be able to go and take my daughter and one of her friends (minors). If I have to work that day, I will probably see if someone else will take my daughter so she can get more exposed to humanity-type events. Hope others decide to go too.
