The word create means: to make from nothing. So your questions are....Who made GOD from nothing. If GOD made the universe from nothing, who gave him the knowledge?. If he made it from nothing, he had no help. The word create, implies the existence of GOD.
There needs to be a creator for there to be a creation. The one that can make from nothing, that is GOD.
