I am interested in the other get together that is going on out west too...so it is nice that you are thinking of having this at a different time. Camping would be fun...love good company, good drinks and conversation around a camp fire...just a suggestion, but open to anything. Sorry folks. Away for the past 2 weeks for work. I am working on a DJ for a mix of Country and soft rock for the bash. Cost may be about 4-5 bucks a person for this for the evening. I'll keep you posted. Also, I'll be sending (in about a week), a list of persons that are interested in going so everyone knows who is planning to attend. Also, we might want to set up a car pool for persons in your area that can't drive to the campground. If everyone can send me an e-mail for dinner menu that everyone can pitch in on and I'll get the menu together. This includes meats, veggies, drinks, desserts. I'll compose a menu and post it here. I just saw this folder LOL it sounds great... unforunately between $$ and gas... plus half my coworkers go on vaca in August too.
I'll check back though, NY and MA are optimum for me, I'd never be able to make a PA trip...
