Ok not sure what answer ya looking for exactly, but I'll give it my best shot.
Ok to me Beauty Isnt how a women looks. Most guys will say its not really the case, but with me that is the TRUTH 
See in my whole dating history and out of all the women I know the ones I would say are truly beautiful, are the ones that have that way of making me smile for absolutely no reason at all when Im around them. The ones that would and do anything for someone else without that person having to ask. The ones who when your around them you cant help but be happy, no matter how upset, or peeved off you are.
Beauty to me is giving yourself completely to others and not being selfish or pig headed.
Just like beauty is to me not the women who spend hours doing her makeup and spend thousands on designer labels to look like every other Barbie and model wanabe, to me its the women you see at the park smiling and flushed after theyve been rolling around with there children. And the ones you see at the supermarket laughing in the isles, and you cant help but smile as you pass.
Now being a single father of a 4 yr old boy, I spend alot of time with my female friends. And its moments like that and the things they do that make them beautiful, not how they look. I may not be a expert, but Ive seen plenty of ugly in people in my life to know what real beauty is.

Beauty is only skin deep, ugly go's all the way through, I have seen some of the girls that I went to school with, thank God for unanswered prayers.

beauty hmmm how to percieve it. i think a person can be beautifull in many ways
and ugly in others. almost like the saying (beauty is in the eye of the beholder)
some men like long hair some like it short some like thick women some like them super thin i honestly think there is someone for everyone as far as looks go. most people look for skin deep beauty and 6 months down the road they wonder why that person is an asshole or why they are always so mad at each other. meanwhile there is usaly a guy that has been a good friend to you the entire time of the relationship that thinks about all the amazing things that he would for you just to be a part of your life. but most women eithter dont see it or dont want it because they are a friend or just not attracted to them. back to the subject i think real beauty lies within the heart.

I have always thought that beauty was in direct competition with pretty. The inner appeal of all women in their most sensual innocence I have aways deemed pretty. Beauty is merely what society has deemed attractive and is something women especially have been indoctrinated with through media exposure. Beauty is only skin deep but pretty goes the whole way through. A twinkle in the eyes, a precious smile that lights up a face... those kinds of things cannot be bought, sold or traded. For me natural appeal wins hands down over any commercial 'beauty' any day hands down.
The inner pretty can of course be affected by the men in a woman's life, if she is forced to see herself as less that what she initially believed then she will seek to bolster this appeal through cosmetic means, and in doing so mask her inner self. Some women have managed to draw the fine line between artificial enhancement with subtle strokes and flushes, but for my money nothing compares to the vibrancy of a natural woman confident in herself.
A man who appreciates this in his woman or other women in his life is securing the time tested pretty in all women and is a boon to those self-same women and the hordes of onlookers who can yet appreciate what their eyes and heart can see.

Many ladies exude beauty naturally. When they are with a man they appreciate, their inner beauty shines through them as well. Through her actions and her smile.

What makes a woman beautiful to me is that cute smile she gives me when she catches me starring at her while she paints her nails. It's the way she hugs me so tight when she hasnt seen me in a few days. It is the way she frets over her makeup, when she really doesnt need any, but most of all it is when she looks in your eyes and you know, you are number one to her and you make her feel loved and you feel that return of love. Beauty is a state of mind and carried in a man's heart. To him she is the most beautiful girl in the world.

To me, True beauty is not looks, It is about the personality and how they make me feel, have morals and hold true to what they believe in.
Looks are only skin deep. How many times in life have you come across someone that was really sexy and a few years later, they look like they got slapped by the ugly stick or vise versa. (sorry, easiest way I could think of to explain my point) So if one measures beauty on what is outside then to me that is superficial.
