Portuguese flan, cream brulee, tiramisu, chocolate pecan scotch pie, apple crisp made with orange juice, cream puffs, orange cookies, lemon bars, boston cream pie, carrot cake, cherry cobbler, cherry pie, peach pie, strawberry rubarb pie, and fresh peach ice cream, pineapple upside down with macadamias, rum and toasted coconuts, or a banana on the grill softened split like a baked potatoe, sprinkle sugar, torch with 151 rum or cognac till crystalized, top with a scoop of vanilla bean icecream ... these are my most favorite desserts to make by scratch and to eat.
Now chocolate ice cream, chocolate syrup in a coffee cup and a bit of milk would be my everyday treat.
hummmmm i think I need to go home and make me something lol

I believe it was sweet potato/pecan...I just remember it bubbled over in the oven and was a pain in the a** to make but everything was so caramelized ...the best pie ever...that b*tch

I like custard pie, so simple to make. 3 eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 tablespoon of vanilla spinkle some nutmeg. Mix it together then pour 2 1/2 cups of milk, warmed. Pour into crust and bake for 30 to 40 mins.

A vanilla soufflé that I had at an amazing restaurant in the Borgata, Atlantic City.
It was absolutely heavenly. I love vanilla, and the soufflé was a perfectly light airy canvas for an impecably sumputious flavor.

A Strawberry Sponge Cake!! YUMMY You start with a sponge cake bottom, layer on and around top of cake with sliced strawberries that have been soaking in sugar, then make and pour over top of cake a clear sweet gel glaze, let sit for an hour and then dig in! I love putting gobs of sweet homemade whipped cream on top!!
2nd favorite is Peach Cobbler, peach cobbler, and more peach cobbler

One of my favorite and easiest is a Twinkie dessert.
Twinkies Box of 12 (1) regular size can of cherry pie filling Large container Cool-Whip
Slice twinkies in half length wise. Make layer of twinkies on bottom of 9x13 pan, cream side up. Doesn't matter what type, this will not be cooked. Spread pie filling on twinkies, then some cool whip. Put remaining remaining twinkies, cream side down on top of cool whip, rest of pie filling, finish off with generous portion of cool whip. By this time, the cool whip is finished off with this last step, because I keep tasting it. Refrigerate. Easy and delicious!!! Linda
