newlife4me2 Sioux Falls, SD 52, joined Jun. 2007	I was raised in So. Cal., LA to be exact. Got married to a born and raised NJ guy. Followed him to NJ where we lived for 15 years and then moved where I am now. Cons: Winter weather - I still haven't gotten used to living in a winter clime and at this point I doubt I ever will. Employment opportunities for professionals are not local. Cultural experiences are not local. Pros: Its peaceful and low stress compared to Calif., NJ or NY. Its beautiful living here in the mountains. People are for the most part still polite, in person and on the roads. Frankly though, if it weren't for the fact that I have young children, I would definitely flee to a warmer winter climate once the divorce is final..........oh well, some day.
