"Tuesday, House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan (WI-01) announced the Republican’s budget proposal. It is unbelievably bad - literally. The GOP budget not only repeals the new health care law it eliminates Medicare and Medicaid as we know it.
The Republican’s proposal gives millionaires huge tax breaks while seniors and hard-working families pay more for health care and get less coverage. Ryan’s plan would radically undermine the economic security of America’s middle class. It helps Wall Street-run health insurance companies make record-breaking profits and pay their CEOs outrageous sums to deny people the care they paid for and need.
Nowhere in the Republican plan is there any shared sacrifice.(Big surprise?) There’s no fairness. The big corporations and super-rich aren’t asked to pitch in. Instead they get even richer. This budget changes the rules and reshapes this country in a breathtakingly dangerous way."
When will the Contract on America end? If you criticize what they do, they scream "this is class warfare." Guess what. Thats what THEY are waging! For at least 20 years the big corporations have been exporting our jobs and getting corporate welfare. Many of them pay NO TAXES. Make me think of Reagan and his term "fair share."
There is no fair share. Billionaires pay nothing. Multi-national corporations pay nothing. The rest of us support them coming and going.
They send jobs to the 3rd world, expect us to buy what is made there- with less money and then be happy about it.
When will we finally let them know that we aren't gonna take this anymore!
When the democrats held Congress they did NOTHING.Now they want our support to fight the GOP, who are using their power to the max. And they are using it to screw anybody who isn't a billionaire.
Wake up America!

I totally agree with you ! We need to educate the people who vote Republican. They obviously are living in the dark ages still holding onto their ideas that they have been "Brainwashed" with for decades! Good Ol' America. Land of the Free and the Brave. Rubbish!
It is so pitiful that some people have the views that Christianity,(and need to say I am a true believer in God, but that a large portion of Christians are so prejudice and narrow-minded it is scary to me)) Gas Chambers, and blowing up Abortion Clinics, supporting Big Corporations, Racism, White Male Supremists, and lending our poor working class people to help the wealthy keep their wealth while we break our backs as teachers, construction workers of highways and homes, bus drivers, restaurant staff, social workers, etc, etc. all keep on working so hardto the point of extreme depletion.......and then what? Well, this is what: We all get sick or acquire a stress related disease...that is what. Health Care is then very happy! Insurance ? Pharmaceutical Companies ? Physicians ? Kaiser ? Well, they are all sitting and reaping the benefits of our hard work, caring, and us trying to do the right thing. How Long do People want to keep taking it ??? We simply do not have to take it, you know?
I say, Let's handle this like the French and the Brits. They would not put up with this for a minute. They would band together instead of squabbling amongst themselves like unintelligent, insane people. They would refuse to pay their taxes, period. Or I am sure there is some bright person out there that has thought of what "People Uniting Together" could do to make some changes happen.
We have been being treated unfairly and in an immoral fashion for at least a decade or more and it is only going to get worse. Why will we not STAND UP ?
I am really a very peaceful person, believe it or not. Just quite weary of the injustice. So peace and blessings to you ALL.

I also do care for the Tea farts..but they did bring one thing to the surface..at least to dummies like me. That is our awful debt..OMG..we have like over 300 million dollars of debt (bills?)to pay out each month .And we only have 172 million..so we borrow the rest..OMG..What a mess ,,not even going to go into interest we owe ? So it be like if I had $4,000. of bills to pay each month and I only had $2,000. so each month I borrow another $2,000 to pay my Bills! ////////////// maybe I got this wrong?..like to think it is a awful night mare ///////////////// ASAP - Love to see our representatives.. publicly give half their monthly wages to the US treasury.. They would get my respect and vote ..Times are sure to get tough for all of us..sure they can learn to cut back and live on half..many of us are!

Better yet time to throw the baggers overboard like 'real' patriots did to the British teabags.
