likw i said i'm having issuses. in the last three monthes i corrupted a baptist preacher, a catholic priest neither are now not practicing, they still believe but aren't as religious as they where... my other problem is that 2 family members get dianosed with lung cancer at around the same time my life falls in crapper , science as become a love for me evev tho icant spell im pretty effin smart.... theres more that just a start tho...

no prob. most of us has gone through this stage of uncertainty.
i was a believer for half my life. then i went through a few years trying to sort through
this stuff and get a better understanding.
then it seems like overnight i became a atheist and i have never looked back.
the only thing that bothers me is why did it take me so long to convert.(i feel so stupid)
for one thing, i was surrounded by christians and i was constantly being brainwashed.
and remember, i spent most of my life without the internet. so i had no way to
investigate religion. i was raised with the same mindset as christians are today.
" GOD SAID IT,I BELIEVED IT, END OF STORY. i didn't question it.i just blindly believed it.
then i realized there was no reason to believe something without evidence.
so here i am, a outspoken atheist, and proud of it..
so i guess the most important thing i could suggest is, base your beliefs on 'FACT'
not on 'FAITH'. faith is not the truth,faith is gullibility
as mark twain once said, "faith is believing in something you know ain't so"
the very word "faith" means you don't believe in a god. if god was real you wouldn't
need faith because it would be a fact.
we have given religion thousands of years to prove it's case, yet here we are in the 21st
century and they still don't have any evidence. how much longer should we give them?

ok well i will tell ya this im a lds.... yes mormon lol... ive not been brainwashed believe it or not i read the doctrine in the faith... it seemed to make sense... i prayed about it got a feeling i couldnt explain and thats wen i knew something was right about it... now that feeling is gone... ive researched atheism its starting to confuse me ... i will figure it out... prolly by talking to you guys... and other things... ive noticed one thing talking to u guys... ur helpful... u guys rock
