I saw it- Many Hero's gave their all that day. There are probably stories we won't ever hear because so many died trying to help others. Ice-watching that video you posted brought all the emotions back to me - I will never ever ever forget that day... They have all states on alert now for small planes. I guess there was "chatter" or someone told them (HS) they had plans to do something using small planes this week. I live on the beach and we have a small plane that flies the beach reporting back if they see sharks so the life guard can get the swimmers out of the water and a small plane that has advertisements for the tourist tailing the back of it . I have been looking out the window every time one is in my ear shot. They instilled a fear in me I had never experienced .

I watched that too..but those men were true heros.. Remembering that morning, sitting at the kitchen table, looked up at the tv and saw this burning building...thought it was a movie...then the second one,,,think I was in shock for several minutes unable to comprehend what was happening. Thank you Shaggy,for starting this thread. All those that died that day should never be forgotten.

I was on the 110th floor in a smoke filled room with a man who called his wife to say 'Good-Bye.' I held his fingers steady as he dialed. I gave him the peace to say, 'Honey, I am not going to make it, but it is OK..I am ready to go.' I was with his wife when he called as she fed breakfast to their children. I held her up as she tried to understand his words and as she realized he wasn't coming home that night. I was in the stairwell of the 23rd floor when a woman cried out to Me for help. 'I have been knocking on the door of your heart for 50 years!' I said. 'Of course I will show you the way home - only believe in Me now.' I was at the base of the building with the Priest ministering to the injured and devastated souls. I took him home to tend to his Flock in Heaven. He heard my voice and answered. I was on all four of those planes, in every seat, with every prayer. I was with the crew as they were overtaken. I was in the very hearts of the believers there, comforting and assuring them that their faith has saved them. I was in Texas , Virginia , California , Michigan , Afghanistan . I was standing next to you when you heard the terrible news. Did you sense Me? I want you to know that I saw every face. I knew every name - though not all knew Me. Some met Me for the first time on the 86th floor. Some sought Me with their last breath. Some couldn't hear Me calling to them through the smoke and flames; 'Come to Me... this way... take my hand.' Some chose, for the final time, to ignore Me. But, I was there. I did not place you in the Tower that day. You may not know why, but I do. However, if you were there in that explosive moment in time, would you have reached for Me? Sept. 11, 2001, was not the end of the journey for you. But someday your journey will end. And I will be there for you as well. Seek Me now while I may be found. Then, at any moment, you know you are 'ready to go.' I will be in the stairwell of your final moments. GOD During the next 60 seconds, stop whatever you are doing, and take this opportunity. (Literally it is only 1 minute.) All you have to do is the following: Stop and think and appreciate God's power in your life, for doing what you know is pleasing to Him. If you are not ashamed to do this, follow the instructions. Jesus said, 'If you are ashamed of Me, I will be ashamed of you before My Father.' 'Yes, I love my God. He is my fountain of Life and My Savior. He Keeps me going day and night. Cat, that is just so overwhelming and beautiful. I watched that dedication ceremony of the Memorial in Pennsylvania at the site where the plane crashed in honor of the 40 passengers of Flight 93 who began the War against terrorism by agreeing upon a heroic plan of action that assumedly stopped those terrorists from flying into the Capitol building in Washington, D.C. I'll never hear the words "Let's Roll" (which are the words spoken as they began their mission) again without thinking of what those people did in sacrificing their lives to save lives. This was an email I received which I will comply with. Yes my flags are flying today. "On Sunday, September 11th, 2011, an American flag should be displayed outside every home, apartment, office, and store in the United States . Every individual should make it their duty to display an American flag on this tenth anniversary of one of our country's worst tragedies. We do this to honor those who lost their lives on 9/11, their families, friends and loved ones who continue to endure the pain, and those who today are fighting at home and abroad to preserve our cherished freedoms. In the days, weeks and months following 9/11, our country was bathed in American flags as citizens mourned the incredible losses and stood shoulder-to-shoulder against terrorism. Sadly, those flags have all but disappeared. Our patriotism pulled us through some tough times and it shouldn't take another attack to galvanize us in solidarity. Our American flag is the fabric of our country and together we can prevail over terrorism of all kinds So, here's what we need you to do . (1) Forward this email. Take a moment to think back to how you felt on 9/11 and let those sentiments guide you. (2) Fly an American flag of any size on 9/11. Next they were there filming all what happen on 9/11 in Tower 1. This is the first it’s being shown. I hope you all will watch this. God Bless
