i think you're asking for trouble trying out a dating site to find friends! your intentions may be good but this IS a dating site and alot of ppl could put bad thoughts in your head! if your "just looking for friends" maybe there is already trouble brewing on the home front? BE CAREFUL!!!!

Not about right or wrong so much as why you chose a DATING website to make "friends".....Most here are for the obvious, to hook up or to meet someone and while we do make friends along the way it's still a dating site maybe you should ask your husband what he thinks.......JMO

The captain shocked to learn that married people are here trying to hook up at a place called DateHookup. Absolutely shocked. Shocked!!!
Next thing you know, people will be coming here hoping to have sex with somebody else thinking that's what "Hookup" means. So disgusting. Single people coming here to engage in fornication. The fires of Hell are getting hotter! Any sex outside marriage is regarded as the SIN of fornication by most of the major world religions! But, oh yeah, it's okay when you can find someone else to point a self-righteous finger at, say their sin is so much worse, and call them a sinner.
Yes, nothing like pointing a finger at someone else to make some people feel better about themselves.

I agree with wileguy, why are you looking for "friends" on a dating site????there are sites just for chating but there has to be a reason you're on a dating site....looking for something more than friends I think JMO
