We have some cactus, too. I am trying to get into herbal gardening in containers. I have some echinacea, lemon balm, and spearmint, among other plants. We also have some blackberry briar patches; but, no rabbits.

I recently made some blackberry leaf and echinacea leaf tea. It tastes ok with plenty of sugar. I hope to use more echinacea next time, after some of the plants grow some more. I may also add some spearmint or lemon balm.

I only recently learned that Coleus is an herb. It is really easy to root from cuttings and looks cool indoors.
