I have been quite lucky in that after my 20 plus marriage ended the couple of guys I dated really wanted to hold off on taking it to the next level. I think they want what we want to find the person you would be happy to wake up to and all that entails.

I want a woman who is intellegent and opinionated but the next guy might want the exact oppisite
