I was only on DH for 2 days when I received and e-mail form a gentleman who is in the Army and stationed in Iraq. We corresponded briefly on the DH line and then exchanged personal e-mails and have been writing to each other ever since. Turns out he is a General in the US Army and is retiring after 27 years of service in protecting our country.
He is the most passionate man I have ever met, the words he writes to me via live chat on a daily basis is what a poet would write. This man makes every effort everyday to get on line and talk with me live even though we are 9 hours different in time. He also leaves me an e-mail on a daily basis expressing his love for me. He only speaks of spending our lives together and he will be nothing less than my soul mate for life.
I have found my future husband on DH and I will be the first person he sees when he gets off that plane in NY at the end of January. I live in Texas so long distance relationships can work even if they are in another country.

Well I really don't do online dating, so its new to me. I've chatted with a few some was here for really one thing. But this man never ask for nude pics, never talked about that one on one time behind closed doors. Just enjoying each other convo. He works, he's a man who knows God & believe in how to treat ppl. We both been through the same thing it was amazing listening to him becuz everything he liked, I did. Never even mentioned everything I like. Even down to my favorite colors, music & have the same reason why I like those things. Never told him that part. But I believe when someone is interested in u, they make the effort of checking on u. Its good to know that ur the first thing on someone mind when they get up, thoughout the day & the last thing b4 the go to sleep. I usually don't talked to men to men that have children..but its all good. We're spending the New Year together. Just me & him.

I don't mean to be negative-- but I was wondering how is it true love when you both haven't met eachother in person yet?
Sometimes you can have this great chemistry with someone online and they can seem like a perfect person on the phone, talk for hours, send pics etc. And when you meet in person there are no sparks there.
All I want to say is just be careful before you claim a true love. Get to know the guy before anything serious happens.

Debbie i see that your inrested in a man that says he's in the military, please be care i too mrt a man on plenty of fish and now i see him on here, he sent me pics of him in his uniform , he told me he was in the marines and when zoomed in on his pics his uniform had US ARMY on it, so beware od one name Antonio hernanadez...........Tanya
