First off, it sounds like your ex is purposefully antagonizing you. No offense, but she sounds like a b*tch. Why are you even talking to her? And why should you even care what she says, let alone if you can "kick someone's ass" or not. What does it matter? Her boyfriend has no relevance to your life in any way, shape, or form.
What would I do? Stop talking to my b*tch of an ex girlfriend and move on with my life. If she has a new boyfriend it sounds like she's done just that. Moved on. So why don't you do the same?

Dont go to jail for some azzwipe stoopid enough to play your ex-wife's game with her against you. Words are just words, consider where they are coming from. Apparently your ex really does not care for this person or she would not be pitting him against you...
Either that or they are trying to goad you into a fight so he can shoot you and claim self defense. Although you may be well trained in fighting, I have never met anyone that can beat the crap out of a bullet.
Where I live there are lots of nut cases just hoping that someone will jump them physically so they can shoot them and claim they were afraid for their life.
Dont initiate anything with the guy...and dont talk to her or be around her unless you have a witness with you....even then, let her run her mouth and you keep your's shut.
with this crap going on it would probably be best for you if you had a witness with you at all times...but especially when you HAVE to talk to her...If you dont HAVE to talk to her...stay away from her.
