I've dated a few guys, had some good times. Those guys tell me explicitely that they like the person they see, no surprise, and they enjoy it. They say "I will call you next week", but I could wait forever if I waited for them.
Can someone tell me why ? 
If the date is bad, OK, but the date seems to be pretty nice: interesting chat, smart guys (I think), some good laugh. 
Guys, if you say you call, do so ! if you have no intention of calling, then don't say anything ! we are not that sensitive.
Or am I too naive to rely on what guys say? Are you such liars ? how should we interpretate that ?

and its all about insecurity and being rejected i think i can explain my self
also about women lieing that they are not seeing anoyher guy
because i have talked do guys that have dated the same lady as i and you ask the lady do you know this guy and they say no so you move on

Personally for me it is not hard to get that second date...especially if I have not given them sex on the first fdate as it seems that the majority out there desire. The second date will arrive for again the gents just wish to score sexually for that is what it seems to be all about.. and he will only return to a gal if she is OK with a sex only relationship and lot of men on here have many such girlfriends Also the older the gent is the less likely he will convert to a c/l or marriage....ALWAYS GET A HOME PHONE NUMBER AND NEVER EVER ACCEPT A CELL..AS PROOF TO THE MANS SINGLE STATUS

Don't put the cart before the horse. Dating is time consuming, aggravating, and yes, it's also expensive for the working guy.
Lots of guys just can't put themselves through all this.
Some women think that they need to protect themselves from men who just want sex.
Grow Up.
Sex can also put a lot of demands on men.
If you're pleasant and respect the man, you'll have lots of 2nd dates, sex, and maybe even a proposal of some type.
Yes, people say they'll call and don't...They want to be polite or something at the time.
So, let's say that they just reconsidered their options, or were afraid to call back.
Women don't return messages left for them.

For you it's because you're trying to replace what you lost and it just ain't gonna happen.
You're not ready to date until you're really ready. Take your time and then relax and move on.
And by the way, dating means meeting people. It does not mean sex.
SEX is not a dirty word when you're an adult. It sometimes happens with consenting adults. If you don't consent, don't worry about everyone else.
Maybe you have some religious or other reasons for your attitude, and that's your own business.
