I love fish. Tilapia, salmon, trout, lake perch, mussels, clams, crab, l. angostinos, scallops, salad shrimp, giant prawns, lobster, crawfish, eel, most simply prepared with lemon and a bit of butter.

One day in the grocery, I found shrimp burgers...lunch was heaven that day.

I love all seafood, but if I had to pick one, I'm rollin with Crab. My Mom makes the baddest Sauteed Garlic Chili Crab known to man. The sauce marbelizes into a thicker texture and u literally scoop it up with rice, and all the crab is already cracked with the sauce soaked in, mmm...

Best Grilled Salmon recipe ever:

Salmon Kebabs..

cut 2 lbs boneless skinless salmon fillet into 2 in square chunks..farm raised salmon is best in my book and affordable..lol

place in bowl and add about a 1/3 cup of soy sauce and 2 cloves finely minced garlic

toss together and refrigerate for an hr or two..

then right before grilling add about 1/4 cup ur fav Italian dressing to salmon chunks and mix

thread salmon on metal skewers and grill over med hi gas flame or very hot charcoal until seared on all sides..- like 10 mins tops total cooking time..should be a lil rare

its ok if it gets a little crispy or charred ..dont turn too quickly..let it get a crust

add mesquite wood chips to gas grills in a foil pouch w/ holes punched in one side only..put it right on the gas burner..smoky hardwood flavor is important

brush cooked salmon kebobs w/ melted butter -serves 4

Hell yes. Im on the east coast so we have the live Maine lobsters here with the claws. I must say the meat inside the Pacific Coast Dungeness crabs is my absolute favorite though. Its a little more versatile than the lobster and has just a slightly sweeter flavor. Both are fantastic though. I read somewhere that back in late 1800s, lobsters were so plentiful along the New England coastline that they fed steamed lobster to prison inmates. Gone are those days but apparently lobster meat is at a record low here in New England right now.

Sounds a lot like Bubba Gump. Lol
Mmmmm. Salmon.
I like shrimp and brocolli. Crab enchiladas. Grilled shrimp and teriyaki, with Jasmine rice.
Don't like octopus and calamari has to be cooked just right.
Fried catfish in New England clam chowder.
I don't like places that feel they have to put tons of butter or garlic all over their seafood.
Ok. Getting hungry now.

I love seafood. My fav is clams on the half shell or anything with shrimp. Also swordfish, calamari, mussels and crabs. To me lobster is over rated but it is good. It's just that before I spend that kind of money there is always something else I'd rather buy.

Yeah right. Blue fish or striper is always delish the same with cod, fluke, blackfish, and porgy. It's just that I would never spend money on that stuff. It is good though.

Better watch eating that tilapia and swai. Those fish are imported from China and are "farm raised", by being fed human growth hormones, human sewage and fed antiobiotics. I wouldn't steer you wrong cause I used to eat tilapia a lot until I woke up.

http://www.thenourishinggourmet.com/2010/01/farmed-tilapia-good-for-the-environment-bad-for-you.html

That swai (Chinese catfish) is raised the same way. Watch eating those bottom feeders and FARM RAISED fish. Wild caught is much better and all natural.

OPEN FACE SHRIMP & CRAB SANDWICHES
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 Cup frozen salad shrimp-- thawed, patted dry and chopped (save the rest for
another time)
1 can-- lump crabmeat-- drained and picked thru for shell pieces
1 8 oz loaf of light cream cheese-- softened
3-4 scallions-- sliced thinly, including some of the white part
1 tsp celery salt
2 Tbs chopped water chestnuts (from a can of sliced ones)
1-2 sliced beefsteak tomatoes, patted dry
1 pkg English muffins-- split
grated Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS:
1- Pre-heat oven to 400
2- Arrange English muffins on a cookie sheet and lightly toast in the oven
3- While muffins are toasting-- in a bowl, combine the crab, softened light cream
cheese, scallions, water chestnuts and celery salt-- taste and add more celery salt if needed.
4- Once muffins are lightly toasted-- raise your oven rack and set it to broil.
5- Top each muffin with a tomato slice.
6- Spoon crab mixture onto tomato-- mound it up a bit- you should have enough to do
a whole package of english muffins.
7- Sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan-- place sandwiches under the broiler
(watch carefully so as NOT to burn) Leave in til they puff up a bit and get golden brown.
You can also use the crab/shrimp mixture as a dip (cold or warm in a crock) dice the
tomatoes and add them as well as some Parmesan (to taste) right into the dip. I have
also this to make stuffed mushroom caps!
