Have you ever wished you made a financial move (missed a big trade, missed a deal, never opened that business, etc...) Why didn't or couldn't you? I just want negative as well as positive insight as a young aspiring entrepreneur

YES!!!! but luckily im getting back to it! beside music I had chance to start my business and make it world wide! but then i went to the Air Force instead, because i wanted to be like my big sister. After i was in the military i learned more about money and business and life! but "we" (youth) miss chances for a reason, back then i wasn't as business savvy as i am now and my business plan wasn't on point it would have took years to get things right on my own and i would have needed help with my business now i don't and now im moving forward after going to school and meeting the right people talking to other Young entrepreneurs that had drive and passion for their work and seeing what it takes to stay on track first hand. It's never easy at first, you gotta be paranoid of those that wanna talk you company to make it for themselves, you gotta know your target market (if you selling something), you gotta scout areas and do research... there's a lot to do and if you take your time and find people who share a common goal that you can trust you'll all come out on top my Uncle has been an entrepreneur since he got out of college and he was my best Mentor and guild when it comes to business.

Planning to invest with the big banks down the road. But I want to get inside the nature of investments, why is why I'm taking an investments course in college in the upcoming semester. That way, i'm not involved in any sort of scam or fraud......gamer

I am currently trying to open my dream now but am having a real hard time finding investors or partners because I don't know a whole lot of people. I have recently tried to do crowdfunding but it's new so I don't really know how to convince people to help fund it!

Sometimes it's not about, missing that big deal, or wondering, what if I would have made that move, would I be better off, as having been in a better position financially.
 The simple fact of the matter is, you can't gravitate towards putting your time and energy into every opportunity, that you think might be profitable.
The market runs on speculation, as to say what makes money today, might not make any tomorrow.
How much money are you willing to invest, and are you prepared to take a lost, before it reaches it's maturity date, i.e. if you sign a contract today worth millions more, down the road.
Are you willing to go through all the politics involved in getting a return on your investment.
This is where perseverance, will power and being able to adapt, shows how much faith you have in marketing your product.
I have degree in Accounting and Business Management, And I'm going for one in psychology.
It guarantees you nothing, just sense of knowing what you know, and the experiences behind learning what you know.
I turned down a contract worth a couple of hundred thousand dollars, so what! you can't take the first thing that comes across your desk.
It was a good deal, I just wasn't too enthusiastic about it.
I do music too (instrumentals) and I take pride in who I am, it might take me longer to get there, but so what!

Taking the CFA Exam down the road to become a Certified Financial Analyst so I can work for a top financial firm. Have to get so many studying materials for the exam though which costs a lot......gamer

Because I listen to my dad who said I would be better off working for someone else instead of having my own business. I have a low paying job but am saving up to start my own video business. I have been slowly buying equipment and doing a few weddings here and there to earn some extra cash.

My grandmother for me, when I was in high school. Which is why getting my Finance Masters after my Accounting Bachelors has become one of my top priorities in life so i can work for one of the Big Four Accounting Firms, preferably Ernst & Young........gamer
