or "damn you're cute" or just "hey" and expect to get a reply back? i sent one back a reply and oddly he wasnt an idiot. it was an insanely confusing convo though. occasionally i send those messages a "try again" im just wondering why some guys send such short messages? do they not want a reply? or is it just shyness?

Most the time its not hard to strike up a conversation if she put anything in her profile. I've seen a lot of women who were smart or witty in the forums but don't have anything in their profile. Then its kinda tough to figure out how to approach them..
