I sold off most of my Wii games, but there's a few I'm keeping like Mario Kart and Rayman Origins. I think the next to get the ax are a few of the early 3DS games that I bought out of desperation when there wasn't much to choose from.

Megaman X for SNES - To my surprise it sold pretty high. Why pay for a game you could get for free easily?

Deus Ex Human Revolution for PS3 $3 at the pawn shop (I bought all the DLC for it for nothing to buy the updated version a year later, ugh)

I sold my old 64 with rumble pack atomic purple controller and 6 games. Mario 64, Zelda OOT, Banjo Kazooie, Star Wars Rouge Squadron,
Castelvainia, Yoshi Story and The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Movie on VHS for 80 bucks.
I am not a retro gamer at all but I still might miss ZOoT and that good old Atomic Purple controller.

Nintendo 64 games are very easily emulated on your pc and very small downloads.
