About me. Hmm. I am extremely independent. I don't need just a girlfriend in my life if it isn't going somewhere. I don't get lonely that much. I am a bit of an introvert although not when I am with someone I want to be with. But I do like time to myself. My female friends at my work are always trying to hook me up here or there, but, well I will explain that below. I am always joking around. I am a smart ass, and a bit too cocky sometimes, but it's all for fun. I am very bold and brutally honest most the time. So if you don't like the truth in everything, you won't like me much.
I like a woman(my age or younger) LOCAL ONLY!!!!! that is loving and caring, very open, likes joking around, likes to laugh, but knows when to kick my butt for joking around too much. lol! I love women that are smart (INTELLIGENT) and beautiful inside and out. If you are the type that has to look expensive everywhere you go, don't contact me. I'm not the kind of person that cares about fashion nor looking as fake as you can. That doesn't mean I don't like women that dress up when they go out, just that they don't have to be dressed up when we are home hanging out or running errands. In other words you are comfortable with yourself. Plastics need not apply either. I am not a breast man so I don't care about implants or size, nor tummy tucks, botox, or those horrid inflated lips. A confident women wouldn't do any of that.
I am looking for only something that would become a long term relationship or more. I would rather start off very slow to get to know a person really well before I let it get too deep though. A person has to be good friends with someone first. Know all of the little habits good or bad and decide if they can or want to spend their life with that. If it doesn't work out at least I made a good friend.
As for my lifestyle, it isn't a normal one. I live conservatively(not politically). My condo and generic car are paid off, and I don't have a lot of bills. I have no kids, not sure I ever could. I am a homebody, meaning I don't go out a lot. I like it and prefer my it this way. My career is almost as much of a social life as it can be. I am a sound engineer, and have run sound for hundreds of local bands and a few nationals as well for about 10 years. Right now I work at a local venue in Seminole running the sound, 3 - 5 nights a week. So I work nights and sleep 3/4 of the daylight.
Dates on the weekends are impossible, because that is mainly when I work. Even though I am in the bar a lot, I rarely drink.Sunday's are essentially my Fridays. I usually work afternoon until evenings then go out afterward.
I also do not date from my work or other bars. I'd rather meet someone and get to know them unimpaired. I don't date alcoholics or binge drinkers either. Bonus if you like live music, but keep in mind I rarely like taking a date where a band is playing, since I am usually trying to recover my hearing from work when I'm off. LOL!.
Now, if you read all that and are still interested message me and tell me about yourself. Don't just wink, or say hello, or say you liked what I wrote. Tell me more about yourself than just what your profile says and how you think we could get along. I'm not extremely active on here so I'm not constantly looking for someone.
