My name is Shane. I grew up in a small town in Minnesota and enlisted in the Navy after high-school to better myself and travel. It was a big decision but I don't regret it. It's created many opportunities for me right now and after I decide to get out. I've been in for 5 years now.
I try to stay active by hiking or rock climbing at the local gym. I've only been there a few times but it's pretty much become a weekly event.
I'm an atheist, but I respect other peoples beliefs, but I do get into some pretty interesting conversations about my beliefs. I love debating our different stances, as it gives you something to reflect on and figure out what it is you truly believe in and strengthen it.
After I get out of the Navy, I plan on working for the FBI or maybe be a police officer somewhere on the east coast. I've always loved the New England area but haven't had the opportunity to go there too many times.
I'm not really a club hopper at all. I'd much rather stay in with a few friends and have some fun but I do make my way out once in awhile.
