I hope you do read my whole profile carefully before contacting me, or you may miss some important factors about me or the kind of person I'd like to get to know. 
I love working out, as well as cooking and eating healthy delicious food, but that doesn't mean that the people around me must be gym rats and can't have an occasional hankering for some food that is "not so good for you." On the other hand, if you're a person that thinks sitting around and eating junk food, on a daily basis, is healthy living, then we're probably not going to have much real interest in each other.
I like outdoor activities, like walking, hiking, swimming and such, but only when the temperature is above 50 F. I guess, I am a spring, summer and fall kind of girl. Winter, with it's snow, ice and cold is not my favorite season.
I consider myself cultured, having travelled around the world, for work and pleasure. Much of this was done off the beaten path, so I could really experience the country and its people. Perhaps, any future friends I make here, could join me on any new adventures?!

I set my age range preference at 35-90, in regards to friends. For dating, however, I would like to keep it within the 38-56 range.
Please keep distance in mind as well. I think up to 1 1/2 hours or 75 miles is reasonable. Long distance dating and relationships seldom work, in the long run.
