Lives on a small rural South Texas ranch and put in central air, a pool, lots of sundecks, about a zillion trees and a gym. LIfts weights, since age of 16. Warm area. Owns the place, no mortgage. No debt. No car payments, either. Financially stable. You should plan to be, too.

and new things.
Travels a bunch for fun and on engineering jobs. Los Angeles, Vegas, Tahiti, Hawaii, Las Vegas, Florida, New Orleans.
Not a lot of females around here, low population density out in the country. Not a vulnerable mark. But, well willing to consider women who might for the right guy, after a long talk period and visits, test drives, be willing to relocate. Somewhat under their own steam. Comfortable life once you do get here.
