But I have bought and sold plenty of homes/property back before the bubble popped in 08.and it is the most money I have ever made with the least amount of work. And I really enjoyed it. The biggest advantage I had was I used my own money to buy them and did the repairs my self. So I could flip them fast.

I went to one in Key West, they promised a certain hotel and catamaran rides and nothing of the kind occurred. They switched me to a flea bag hotel and the catamaran rides were conveniently "canceled".

purplerider1200	6/6/2017 9:48:14 PM I've dealt with three house flippers. All three have been taken badly by shady contractors who I wouldn't trust to build a doghouse, properly. Who is really making money at house flipping? Those who teach others TO flip houses. I'd bet good money that they sold Amway dealerships, also.
